Christy and Steve Meehan, as a husband and wife team, have been full time Real Estate Agents for over 28 years in the Northern Virginia Area.

Steve’s background includes a BS Degree in Accounting with many years experience as Controller for Boise Cascade Corporation and Controller for Marriott Corporation.

Christy’s background includes a BA in English and Masters work in Counseling with many years experience as a counselor for the Boys’ Clubs of America and additional experience in Real Estate advertising.  Both have continued their education in Real Estate and have received their “GRI” (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designations.

Additionally, Christy is an Associate Broker with Avery Hess and has earned a CRS certification and an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) while Steve attained a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) designation. Both have years of experience running civic association affairs, serving on school, church and hospital committees.

Joe Bavaria joined the TEAM in 2003. His background is marked by a unique blend of military and civilian leadership experience, business sales and marketing experience, and over 17 years of real estate investment experience and knowledge. A graduate of the Air Force Academy, he had a full career in the Air Force, then joined Boeing and now is pursuing his third career in Real Estate.

Colleen Pavlick is a native of Northern Virginia and graduate of James Madison University. She is a military wife but plans to make No. Virginia her final destination. A former special ed teacher, she grew up loving real estate (and sometimes hating it) as the daughter of two pros in real estate….Christy and Steve Meehan.   She holds a CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert).

The team comes equipped with tons of experience, knowledge of the area, a true love for Northern VA and a fingertip on the pulse of its market.
